We decided that the people we photograph could teach us a lot about moving easily, even in the coldest of weather.

Forget the removal van, use reindeer, lots of reindeer. If you can't fit it on a reindeer sled, you don't need it. When you empty the sled you can race your reindeer, you can't race a removal truck.
